My site has SSL certificate installed but visitors still see error about it. How to fix this?

If you're seeing error on your pages secured by SSL, please recheck that domain name you're using exactly matches one for which certificate was issued. "domain.com" and "www.domain.com", for example, will be different for SSL certificate and if certificate is issued only for one of these other will throw errors.

Another reason why error can appear (on the right domain) is that domain is signed with so called "intermediate certificate". All servers do have root certificates installed but intermediate certificates may be missing. Please post a ticket regarding this issue and we'll check if intermediate SSL certificate should be installed on the server to complete certificate chain.
