Contact your registrar to get an EPP key. Once you get the EPP Key from the current domain name registration company, make sure that the domain name is unlocked and also make sure that you have access to the administrative, billing and contact email address on the domain name's registration records.
After the above is verified - visit http://myaccount.uphost.net/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer to place a domain name transfer order. Once the domain name transfer order comes in, we'll process.
